When I started The Personal Touch in 1989, it was with one goal in mind, to be able to clean a customers home the way they would do it themselves if they had the time.
Over the years, my business has grown to not only include residential cleaning but commercial cleaning, construction clean-up, one-time and vacancy cleanings and now we also offer in home pet sitting.
I can only attribute my substantial growth to one thing; listening to my customer needs and being able to provide the cleaning service they require on a consistent basis.
I have always believed that customer service is the backbone of any successful business. From the time you place your first call to us "The Personal Touch" is in everything we do. A receptionist answers our phones, your estimate is given in person, management monitors your cleanings and any concerns or questions are dealt with promptly.
There have been a lot of changes since 1989 but my goal of providing quality cleaning and listening to my customers needs, will never change.
