Since 1993, The Personal Touch has provided quality Janitorial services for businesses in this area. We can accommodate businesses of all sizes, from 1 office suite, to large multi-tenanted accounts. Our staffing is specifically geared to each accounts size and needs. We strive for consistency in cleaning by keeping the same individual cleaner in smaller accounts. In large accounts where it is necessary to have a cleaning crew, there is always a lead janitor in charge of overseeing all aspects of the account. This again enables us to provide consistency on a regular basis.

Approximately 4 years ago, we implemented a team cleaning system specifically to respond to the needs of daily and large accounts. This type of cleaning is more predominate with large metropolitan janitorial companies, but after researching the philosophy, we felt it would greatly enhance our ability to provide the same type of services to local business.

This cleaning philosophy allows us to perform a complete and detailed cleaning for a competitive price by organizing and prioritizing the required tasks and using specific janitors trained exclusively for their assigned areas. All of our janitorial crews are specifically trained in the special needs and requirements of facilities such as these and our cleaning schedule allows for tenants in the building to request special services when needed. Our time tables for certain detail areas such as window cleaning and floor maintenance for example can be adjusted to fit the schedule most convenient for the client.

It is our policy to respond to our customer needs promptly and in whatever fashion best suits each individual customer. Commercial cleaning is our business but customer service is our specialty.
