WELCOME TO THE PERSONAL TOUCH IN-HOME PET SITTING SERVICES
Whether you are leaving home on business or fun, short trips or long, we like to think that your pet should feel secure and happy while you're away. For many pets this means being able to stay in the familiar surroundings of home.
At The Personal Touch, our in-home pet sitting service tries to keep your pet as close to their daily routine as possible. We take them for walks, play ball, tug-a-war, chase and give them as much love, affection and attention as they need.
Along with caring for your pet we can also water plants, take your trash out if you are going to be gone on your garbage day, make sure all windows and doors are locked, bring your mail in and newspaper too. If you would like the lights left on during the night or maybe your T. V. we make sure those things are just right.
Each pet care service is individualized because we know that not all pets and owners are alike. Each owner has their own way of showing how much they love their furry little members of the family no matter how big or small. The owner of the company does the majority of the pet care herself, and starts by making a pet appointment with you prior to your departure, so she can get acquainted with both you and your pet.
Some pets do require more than one pre-visit, to let them know everything is all right and become comfortable with her before you leave. She also takes this time to gather information such as where the food is located, emergency and contact numbers, your pets normal daily routine and how you wish things done while you're away.
The Personal Touch Pet Sitting Service is an extension of the business's primary function as a residential and commercial cleaning company. We have been in the Tri-Cities since 1989. Our business has grown from the "kitchen table" to a 6-manager facility with 30 plus employees. We are members of the Tri-City Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, we have supported local team sports and charity events and we are licensed, bonded and insured.
